4. Fecha de realización de la promoción y número de ganadores: Los ganadores se anunciarán en la página de Facebook de SUNRISE GRUPO el día 22 de mayo del 2019 y en su página web(www.sunrisegrupo.com). No hay un límite máximo establecido de ganadores para esta promoción.
5. Valor y naturaleza sobre el premio ofrecido: El premio de esta promoción será una consumición de Hamburguesa Manhattan (bebida y/o postre no incluidos). Los ganadores podrán canjear su premio presentandose en el restaurante SUNRISE RESTAURANT, CC La Mosca, local 15, c/ Santa Alodia, 2, Orihuela Costa para lo que deberán identificarse ante el personal del restaurante al solicitar la consumición de su premio. El premio se podrá canjear desde el dia 23 de mayo hasta el día 6 de junio del 2019.
6. Cesiones de derechos de imagen y/o propiedad intelectual del ganador o ganadores: Los ganadores deberán aceptar que su nombre de usuario y foto de perfil pública de Facebook se publiquen en los perfiles u otros sitios web de SUNRISE GRUPO para comunicar los ganadores de la promoción.

Descalificaciones y penalizaciones: No estarán permitidos los comentarios cuyo contenido se considere inadecuado, que sean ofensivos, injuriosos o discriminatorios o que pudieran vulnerar derechos de terceros.
